These are MPEG files formatted as to run in a VCD. These run on my Windows XP machine in Media Player without any additional software. Your mileage may vary depending on what OS and additional software you have installed. If you can't read these files, please download the latest Media Player. Also, many software DVD players will read MPEG files also. Sizes are in millions of bytes (10^6 bytes) not megabytes (2^20 bytes), approximately.
The second batch was captures with a Dazzel DV80 capture device and then run through Virtual Dub with default settings. If anyone knows a better way I am willing to listen.
